Privacy notice

The short version

Dwelvero analyses properties using public data. We hold as little about you as we can: your email address so you can sign in, the properties you save, and any notes you write. We don’t sell your data, we don’t share it with estate agents, and you can delete all of it at any time.

• · Our analytics never record an address, postcode, price or email — this is enforced in code, not just policy.
• · We don’t ask for income or deposit figures to run an analysis.

AI processing

We use an AI model to explain findings in plain English. It receives only property data — never your email, your identity, your notes or any financial information. What it may see is restricted by an explicit allowlist in our code.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Two of these are self-service from your account page: download everything we hold about you, or delete your account outright. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Retention

• · Account data: until you delete your account.
• · Analytics events: 24 months, then deleted.
• · Share links: until they expire or you revoke them.
• · Property analyses: kept indefinitely. They are derived from public data and are not personal to you.

Data sources

HM Land Registry, MHCLG Energy Performance of Buildings, the Environment Agency, Planning Data, Police.uk, the UK House Price Index and postcodes.io. Most is published under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
